Program Manager for Youth Leadership Development

As a key member of our team, the Program Manager for Youth Leadership Development will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing programs aimed at developing expertise and excellence in youth leadership.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify program goals and develop strategic plans for their implementation.
  • Establish relationships with training providers, consultants, academic institutions, and private companies to access resources and enhance program outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and External Relations Division to identify and secure funding and resource opportunities for program activities.
  • Provide technical advice and serve as a resource expert for other livelihood, leadership, and skill development programs.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in project management, leadership development, and stakeholder engagement. They will be able to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders to achieve program objectives.Our organization is committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in all its endeavors.Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in AFI's Grant-Writing Committee to contribute to the development of innovative grant proposals.
  • Represent our organization in internal and external meetings as required.
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
