Pega Development Leadership Role

This role involves leading multiple teams of developers in Pega development initiatives, guiding design and implementation of intricate workflows for scalability and performance. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Pega development and certification in CSSA and/or CLSA.

Responsibilities include overseeing career development and growth of engineers, developing strategies for talent acquisition and retention, facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale Pega projects with adherence to best practices and regulatory considerations. They should also possess strong mentoring and coaching abilities, effective communication skills, and experience working in complex regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience working in complex regulated environments
