Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled product development specialist to lead the creation of new products and packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop product concepts from initial idea through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and aesthetic appeal.
  • Conduct thorough research to gather data on product specifications, analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure all developed products meet brand standards for quality, color accuracy, and functionality.
  • Manage budgets and negotiate costs with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing without compromising quality.
  • Oversee packaging development to guarantee it aligns with brand identity and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, or Product Management is preferred.
  • At least 1-3 years of professional experience in product or packaging development is required.
  • Experience in textile or accessories product development is an asset.
