The position is primarily responsible for demand creation to achieve territory sales objectives, territory management, relationship building with customers, business development, program implementation, compliance with company policies, procedures, work instructions, and administrative requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Ensure achievement of territory sales targets, new account penetration, marketing program implementation, and G-force activity standards to deliver desired sales results.
  2. Gather, consolidate, and utilize data to make sound business decisions.
  3. Prepare and present territory performance during Business Review meetings.
  4. Communicate product messages to customers during calls.
  5. Conduct customer profiling and targeting for the territory's master plan.
  6. Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure sales targets are met, manage accounts, address customer complaints, and develop new accounts.
  7. Prepare and recommend business proposals to the Area Sales Manager to create product demand and generate sales.
  8. Manage account receivables for cash sales accounts.
  9. Adhere to company policies and submit required reports.
  10. Develop strong business relationships with customers and gatekeepers.
  11. Coordinate and prepare bidding requirements timely.
  12. Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Registered Medical Representative (PRC), or other allied medical courses.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
  • Basic computer software skills.
  • Selling skills and account management experience.
  • Proactive, independent, and results-oriented.
