Product Development Specialist Role

Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional products that meet customer needs and expectations. As a Product Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth product development lifecycle, managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and analyzing financial data to ensure profitable partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers, including direct communication, sample sourcing, pricing negotiation, and timeline management.
    • Conduct financial analyses for new and ongoing products, using Excel or Google Sheets to ensure profitable outcomes.
    • Work closely with the product development team to understand product requirements and ensure activities align with product development timelines and budgets.
    • Sourcing New Suppliers: Identify and source new suppliers to meet business needs, including researching and evaluating potential suppliers for new or existing projects.
    • Timeline Management: Manage timelines and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all new products launched per season.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Development
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in Financial Analysis and Data Analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
