Job Title: Product Specialist – Medical Equipment (Marketing & Sales)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical Technology, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or any related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in sales, product promotion, or marketing of medical equipment.
  • Candidates with a medical or healthcare background (clinical practice, medical technology, biomedical engineering, or related experience) are strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in client engagement, achieving sales targets, and business development in the healthcare sector.

Role Overview:

The Product Specialist is responsible for the marketing, promotion, and sales of medical equipment. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, marketing and sales expertise, creative content development, and strategic planning to drive product adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote, market, and sell medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, orientations, and training for clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide technical knowledge and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Push products actively through strategic campaigns, client engagement, and professional networks.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies, with the ability to recommend and suggest improvements to optimize results.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tailored product presentations for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to recommend product positioning and sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product launches, marketing events, trade shows, and virtual presentations.
  • Travel as required to meet clients, conduct presentations, and support business development activities.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of medical equipment and healthcare systems.
  • Active in professional healthcare networks and demonstrates commercial awareness.
  • Skilled in marketing strategy, product push, sales execution, and client engagement.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experienced in Photoshop, video/movie making & editing, virtual presentations, and telemarketing/social media presentations (Portfolio required during the interview).
  • Possesses forecasting, strategic planning, execution, and innovation skills tailored for the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and customer-oriented.
  • Flexible to travel and manage multiple client accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
