We are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Time and Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing optimal workforce planning for various sales channels and ensuring flawless delivery of sales capacity and planning efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a roster coordinator or workforce planner, preferably in BPO or contact center environments. They should possess comprehensive knowledge in Workforce Planning principles and systems, forecasting, scheduling, time and attendance, utilization, productivity, shrinkage, workforce analytics, and relevant industrial awards and instruments.

A strong analytical mind and proven reporting and data management capability are essential skills for this position. The ability to interpret and action-plan results is also crucial. Familiarity with Tableau and Python programming languages is highly desirable.

This role requires the ability to work across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals. High integrity and confidentiality are also required to manage sensitive and privileged information.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to work on night shifts (11:00 pm - 8:00 am PST) and be willing to work on a hybrid setup with days in office per month. In this role, you will be working closely with stakeholders to analyze real-time data, raise anomalies to minimize sales impact, and assist in short-term forecasting and scheduling. You will also utilize data-driven analysis to make recommendations for workforce management strategies and improve customer experience and control labor costs.

To succeed in this role, you must have the following:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collect, process, and critically interpret data from various sources
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and proficiency in Tableau reporting
  • Knowledge of workforce planning technology and best practices
