Job Title: Real Time Analyst Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Real Time Analyst (RTA) team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to evaluate large amounts of data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate complex data insights to the RTA Team and Operations in a clear and concise manner
  • Evaluate and analyze large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and client-partner success
  • Motivate the RTA team through relationship building and real-time coaching

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role in a contact center or customer service industry
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Ability to use spreadsheet applications to maintain and develop operational reporting
