Job Role: Data Insights SpecialistThe Reporting Analyst will collect, analyze and present data to support informed business decisions within an organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to comprehend their data requirements and designing reports that provide insights into key performance indicators, trends, and other relevant metrics.

About the Position

This is a full-time employee position responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to inform strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess experience in data analysis, extraction, and management techniques for insurance portfolios, as well as strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.Main Responsibilities
  • Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using statistical methods and data visualization tools.
  • Report Creation: Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data quality and integrity by cleaning and validating data, resolving inconsistencies, and addressing discrepancies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor performance of relevant product lines, identify trends, and provide input on design and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6 years minimum experience in data analysis, extraction, and management techniques for insurance portfolios.
  • Fundamental knowledge of data analysis, extraction, and management techniques for insurance portfolios.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Oracle, SAS Base, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
