Corporate Banking Professional

This is a challenging role for an individual with strong business development and relationship management skills. The corporate banking professional will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow the bank's market share.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and ensure their profitability.
  • Cultivate trust and partnership with clients through regular communication and client visits.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve income and volume targets.
  • Achieve competitive positioning in the market by optimizing customer satisfaction, retention and wallet share.
  • Collaborate with credit partners to structure loan packages and manage line renewals.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • College graduate preferably with a degree in business-related discipline such as accounting or finance.
  • At least 3 years' experience in banking, serving corporate accounts, preferably in account management or product roles.
  • Knowledgeable in markets, credit, lending, operations, risk management and commercial banking products and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills, able to analyze and research information.
