
Technical Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Solve complex technical problems using cutting-edge technologies and problem-solving strategies.
- Develop and utilize software tools to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT Security concepts, including antivirus, networking, and encryption technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead customers through issue resolution.
- Ability to handle escalated calls with good judgment and make sound recommendations.
- Advanced computer skills and at least 1 year experience in Linux, Unix, DNS, Networking, Network security, Apache, Proxies, Email security, HTTP protocol, bash, web proxy, web security, spam filtering, Active Directory.
- Understanding of network protocols like HTTP, SMTP, FTP, SMB, DNS, and DHCP.
- BASIC TO INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING ON THE FOLLOWING CONCEPTS: SECURITY, FIREWALLS, AND CLOUD.
- Flexibility to work on early morning schedule (6AM - 3PM).
Desirable Skills:
- Any networking type certifications (CCNA, Networking + etc)
- BASIC KNOWLEDGE ON REMEDIATION OF MALWARE/VIIRUSES/TROJANS
- BASIC KNOWLEDGE ON VIRTUALIZATION (MS SYSTEM CENTER VIRTUAL MACHINE MANGER AND/OR VMWARE
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent work experience
