Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, analyzing trends, and training our AI-powered bot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage bugs and feature requests with the respective team and maintain constant communication with customers.
  • Analyze trends, test, and train the DevRev bot regularly.
  • Educate and empower DevRev users.
  • Be the technical expert and answer product questions to take full advantage of the product.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer requirements.
  • Write customizations using programming languages such as ReactJS, JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
  • Converse profoundly and suggest value-added features to help customers enhance their business goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational or professional experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of support experience.
  • Knowledge of programming languages including ReactJS, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, and Golang.
  • Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
