Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to provide comprehensive support services to a dynamic healthcare organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling Management: Coordinate therapist schedules, confirm appointments, send reminders, and handle cancellations to ensure seamless client-therapist communication.
  • Financial Administration: Process invoices, track payments, manage accounts receivable, reconcile transactions, and prepare accurate financial reports to facilitate business growth.
  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or messaging platforms, serving as the first point of contact for new client intake and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and assist with special projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills:
  • Experience in administration, scheduling, or bookkeeping, preferably in healthcare or therapy settings.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and bookkeeping software, Excel, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong computer skills.
