Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position that requires data-driven email and SMS marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have experience with email/SMS platforms, lifecycle flows, and campaign builds. They should be able to analyze post-send performance and apply insights to improve future campaigns.

This role involves executing email and SMS marketing strategies, managing segmentation and campaign calendars, and personalizing messaging using customer data and behavior. The successful candidate will collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Tech teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals.

Requirements
  • Experience with email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo & Postscript preferred).
  • Able to build and optimize lifecycle flows and campaigns that drive retention and revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization strategies.
  • Copywriting and visual direction skills for high-performing email/SMS creatives.
