Insurance Team Leader Job Description

Job Overview:

  As an Insurance Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our insurance team. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals who deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing and operational activities to ensure productivity and coordination among units.
  • Develop strategies to pursue business development and improve processes for client servicing, sales, and collection operations.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide support in resolving issues.
  • Work closely with area heads to discuss sales strategies and provide progress reports.
  • Cross-sell insurance products and monitor account pipelines.
  • Ensure timely issuance of policies and endorsements, prepare required documentation, and assist in monitoring unapplied payments.
