Job Summary

  • Culinary Professional Wanted

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will collaborate with colleagues to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and presenting food according to hotel standards
  • Training and supervising staff to maintain high-quality food presentation
  • Maintaining culinary standards set by senior chefs
  • Reporting important issues and assisting with inventory control and budget management
  • FOLLOWING safety protocols, including food safety, fire, and occupational safety procedures

 

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients, read recipes accurately, manage supplies, report equipment needs, oversee cleanliness, and ensure proper storage and safety compliance.
  • Assign tasks to staff, manage schedules, control costs, and train team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Perform additional duties as needed, such as handling VIP events and staff meetings, based on hotel requirements.
Requirements
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
  • Skilled in food preparation, presentation, quality, and menu design
  • Flexible with shifts, overtime, holidays, and weekends
  • Trained in Food Safety (HACCP / ISO22000)
  • 4-5 years as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef, preferably in Italian or fine dining at luxury hotels or upscale restaurants
  • International experience is a plus but not required
