What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, feedback and support to ensure they deliver high-quality service
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
  3. Identify training needs and deliver coaching to upskill team members
  4. Monitor team and individual KPIs, and take corrective action to address any performance issues
  5. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork and a focus on customer satisfaction
  6. Communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on team performance and any issues or opportunities
  7. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience in a customer service or call centre environment, with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide effective feedback and coaching
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement
  4. Proficient in call centre software and technologies, with the ability to analyse data and identify trends
  5. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team culture
  6. Relevant qualifications in Customer Service, Business Management or a related field would be highly regarded
