Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree holder
- At least 3 years and above of working experience in Procure to pay
- At least 1 year of Team Leader role in Procure to pay environment
- Amenable for night shift work schedule.
- Open to relocate if not located in Naga
Job Descriptions:
- Aids the manager in providing clients with high-quality, customer-focused services and in processing finance and accounting transactions in a fast and correct manner, among other related activities.
- Help in developing strategies, establishing and accomplishing operational goals, and monitoring and reporting service performance.
- In charge of supervising, inspiring, and guiding their group of accounting and finance experts.
- Make sure the team is proactive, client-focused, and cross-trained.
- Make an effort to inspire their team members and enhance the Finance and Accounting procedures.
