Executive Talent Acquisition/Senior Project Consultant

This position is primarily responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of core business platforms aligned with the company's strategic objectives. The position is also responsible for optimizing system performance and ensure stability, scalability and seamless integration to the enterprise ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities
A. Planning and Direction Setting

  2. Defines and executes the delivery strategies for core business platforms.
  3. Aligns platform capabilities with business needs to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  4. Develops and enforces governance frameworks for platform development, deployment, and maintenance.
  5. Collaborates with management and stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.

B. Platform Delivery

  2. Ensures that software applications fulfill the business requirements, systems goals, and end-user requirements.
  3. Checks the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing applications. Leads the maintenance and enhancement to ensure stability, security, and compliance.
  4. Provides direction to the project team in managing the project and its execution to support the business operations.
  5. Communicates with other units to assist with quality assurance, program logic, and data processing.
  6. Participates in an in-depth end-user review for modified and new systems.
  7. Oversees the integration of new technologies such as AI, automation, and cloud computing into core business platforms.
  8. Provides relevant data and project updates to the management and the stakeholders.
  9. Resolves escalated systems issues. Establishes incident response protocols to minimize downtime and service disruptions.

C. Leadership and Governance

  2. Finalizes plans, programs, budgets, and performance targets of the division.
  3. Plans, directs, and coordinates all activities of the team to reach maximum levels of employee productivity throughout the workforce.
  4. Provides upfront leadership in supervising all direct and indirect reports and planning for their career advancement and aspirations.
  5. Supervises and evaluates the performance of all direct reports.
  6. Approves/schedules all vacation leaves of all direct reports.

D. Others

  2. Keeps abreast of the latest technology and industry trends. Disseminates knowledge of application-usage best practices.
  3. Participates actively during staff meetings, training programs and other professional development work.
  4. Makes recommendations on matters pertinent to business operations and other related activities.
  5. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of computer, engineering, or math courses


Experience: At least ten (10) years of work experience in programming, software development, and project management
