Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Oracle delivery efforts. This role requires expertise in managing large-scale Oracle implementations, driving strategic partnerships, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT services, with a deep understanding of Oracle product suites and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute delivery strategies for Oracle-based solutions across multiple clients and industries.
  • Team Management: Lead large-scale delivery teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, client expectations, and Oracle best practices.
  • Project Execution: Oversee end-to-end project execution, from initiation through deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Customer Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Solution Development: Translate client business needs into scalable Oracle solutions, balancing innovation with operational feasibility.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years in IT services, with at least 8–10 years in Oracle solution delivery.
  • Qualifications: Proven track record of managing large-scale Oracle implementations across multiple geographies and industries.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of Oracle product suites including ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
