About The Role

The Solutions Delivery Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery of solutions aimed at ensuring regulatory compliance within financial systems. Your responsibilities include providing project support, coordinating tasks, assisting in data analysis, and aiding in the successful delivery of solutions related to accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.


Core Responsibilities
  • Assists senior team members in coordinating tasks, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions aimed at achieving regulatory compliance within financial systems.
  • Ensures Finance/Compliance systems are maintained and fit for use by the business.
  • Aid in the gathering and analyzing data relevant to financial systems and assist in preparing reports to support reporting and decision-making processes.
  • Provide impact assessment to changes and enhancements to Finance/Compliance systems and related processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and drive business solutions, escalating as necessary, to support Finance/Compliance functions.

How You Will Contribute
  • Depending on the complexity of the project, may manage or assist senior team members in coordinating solution delivery projects; prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to identify opportunities for improvements and innovation within Finance/Compliance systems.
  • Design and propose solutions to address identified opportunities, considering regulatory requirements, technological capabilities, and business needs.
  • Aid in gathering, organizing and analysing data relevant to compliance within financial systems.
  • Support communication efforts with internal stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and gathering feedback; address concerns and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Performs business systems administration and operations support for Finance/Compliance systems owned.
  • Other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems (preferred), Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, Computer Science or similar courses
  • At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Basic Finance, Accounting, and Project Management knowledge
  • ERP/System Familiarity
  • Knowledgeable in data analysis and reporting
