We are seeking a skilled Psychometrician to lead our employee assessment team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing psychological tests and assessments.

About the Role:

This role involves working at the intersection of psychology, data science, and business to develop assessments that enhance hiring, recruitment, and workplace well-being.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a keen interest in psychometrics, regardless of prior experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Create psychological tests and assessments focused on workplace well-being, resilience, and recruitment.
  • Psychometric Analysis: Ensure the scientific accuracy, reliability, and validity of our psychological assessments.
  • Data Insights: Analyze psychometric data to identify traits of high-performing employees within organizations.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Integrate survey results, personality data, and team dynamics to optimize recruitment and hiring strategies.
  • Platform Enhancement: Collaborate with product teams and developers to enhance our digital psychometric platform.
  • Research and Development: Explore AI-enhanced psychometric analysis to improve assessment accuracy and predictive insights.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Psychometrics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; prior work experience is not required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in mathematical and statistical concepts, with an interest in psychometrics and data analysis.
  • Languages: Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex psychometric data into clear, practical business insights.
  • Communication: Strong English proficiency; Tagalog proficiency is an advantage for localization purposes.
