The successful applicant will be responsible for analyzing and implementing system changes, ensuring data integrity across all HCM systems, and providing day-to-day application support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and implement system changes to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Maintain data integrity across all HCM systems, monitoring integrations between platforms.
  • Provide daily support for Dayforce and other HR systems, addressing user issues and break/fix incidents.
  • Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR decision-making and organizational insights.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to develop user procedures, guidelines, and training materials.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issues related to HR technology.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Ceridian Dayforce Application & Implementation.
  • At least 4 years of experience in HRIS Administration and configurations.
  • Functional knowledge of HCM systems, including HR, Payroll, Talent Management, ATS, Onboarding, and Benefits.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills, with experience in APIs and web services.
