The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and operations planning processes, with expertise in developing tools and processes to guarantee consistency and accuracy. With a strong focus on efficiency and effectiveness, they will lead regional supply chain management efforts in Europe, fostering a culture of integrated planning and customer-centricity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development
  • Lead the development of our supply chain strategy, aligning it with customer requirements and driving business growth through effective sales and operations planning processes.
  • Establish and maintain regional supply chain management processes, systems, and regulatory protocols, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Define, improve, and standardize supply chain management protocols, standards, practices, systems, and procedures to achieve exceptional customer order fulfillment, return handling, distribution/logistics/warehousing arrangements, and replenishment performance.
  • Build a high-performance supply chain management culture that significantly impacts the bottom line of the business, constantly optimizing the value chain wherever possible.
  • Implement effective planning processes and tools, ensuring accurate forecasting, capacity utilization, lead time reduction, and purchasing planning.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of key supply chain processes using state-of-the-art methods, KPIs, and adequate information systems.
  • Provide leadership, strategic, and tactical guidance for supply chain management and efficiency issues covering the Asia region.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Represent the organization in important external business relationships with customers and suppliers, positively reflecting our image and achieving objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in the supply chain / logistics field.
  • Graduate of any 4-year course, MBA preferred.
