Customer Satisfaction Manager

Elevate customer satisfaction by maintaining and improving processes related to lead-time, quality, and delivery expectations:

  • Forecast analysis and ownership of purchase orders
  • Relationship management aligned with sales directors and customer service managers
  • Customer management including quality claims and escalations
  • Operation coordination for commercial projects and initiatives
  • Commercial execution including profitability reviews
  • Working capital management including account reconciliation and inventory management
  • Business development focusing on identifying and qualifying customers

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in marketing, business management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the packaging and FMCG industry
  • Customer service and account management experience
  • Strong understanding of business processes, including sales, supply chain, and customer service
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented approach
