Customer Satisfaction Manager

Elevate customer satisfaction by maintaining and improving processes related to lead-time, quality, and delivery expectations:
- Forecast analysis and ownership of purchase orders
- Relationship management aligned with sales directors and customer service managers
- Customer management including quality claims and escalations
- Operation coordination for commercial projects and initiatives
- Commercial execution including profitability reviews
- Working capital management including account reconciliation and inventory management
- Business development focusing on identifying and qualifying customers
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A degree in marketing, business management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the packaging and FMCG industry
- Customer service and account management experience
- Strong understanding of business processes, including sales, supply chain, and customer service
- Customer-focused and results-oriented approach
