Key Responsibilities:

Procurement

  • Source and evaluate suppliers, request quotations, and process purchase orders
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and lead time requirements
  • Track and expedite orders to meet site and project schedules

Import/Export Documentation

  • Prepare and manage import/export documents (BL, COO, invoices, packing lists)
  • Coordinate with brokers, shipping lines, and customs to ensure timely clearance
  • Monitor shipping schedules and resolve logistics issues proactively

Warehousing & Logistics

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring proper documentation and inventory management
  • Work closely with warehouse personnel to maintain stock accuracy
  • Optimize delivery schedules and route planning for site requirements

System & Reporting

  • Maintain supply chain records in QuickBooks and internal tracking tools
  • Analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Generate regular reports for management on procurement status, inventory levels, and supplier performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1– years of experience in procurement, import/export, logistics, and warehousing is prefer
  • Experience in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is prefer
  • Experience in the construction industry is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
