Design Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to provide remote drafting, design, and project coordination support to our team.

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details in Revit.
  • Prepare 3D visualizations and renderings using Enscape or similar rendering software.
  • Prepare and update permit drawings in compliance with U.S. standards.
  • Work exclusively in imperial units for all drawings and documentation.
  • Contribute to schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.
  • Maintain drawing standards, accuracy, and version control.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  • Understanding of architectural drawing standards in the U.S., including imperial measurements.
  • Familiarity with U.S. building codes and zoning regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and produce architectural drawings with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency in written and spoken English for reading project documents and coordinating with the team.
