Job Title: Data Analyst

The Data Analyst role is pivotal in the Smart Energy Management Department, ensuring seamless meter data management across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and request missing or substituted meter data to maintain data accuracy.
  • Manually upload and verify data in the internal CRM system for consistency.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to solar and substituted data to prevent disruptions.
  • Escalate unresolved data issues to the Meter Leader for timely resolution.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Review and activate new meter data feeds to expand service capabilities.
  • Manage CRM tickets related to new feed activations to ensure smooth implementation.
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Foster responsive service to internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication.
  • Coordinate with meter providers and retailers for data access and collaboration.
  • Respond promptly to internal team queries to maintain transparency and trust.
General Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy of data in internal systems and service records to build customer confidence.
  • Maintain up-to-date and consistent customer records to support informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, supported by a relevant degree in Business Administration, IT or Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Data entry experience required, with experience in a metering, energy services, utilities, or data-intensive environment highly desired.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is essential for efficient data management.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are crucial for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and self-organisation are necessary for meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and results-driven approach are vital for driving success in this role.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Candidate with prior customer service experience will be an added advantage.
