Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems that support our business operations.

Your primary focus will be on architecting and implementing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses to ensure high-quality, timely, and secure data delivery to stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and analytics, to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing new data products to improving existing ones.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on designing and implementing large-scale data systems.
  • Excellent understanding of data processing frameworks such as Apache Beam, Spark, and Hadoop.
  • Familiarity with data storage technologies such as NoSQL databases, cloud-based data warehousing, and big data analytics platforms.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, and Scala.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud.
