Job Overview

This mid-senior position requires a skilled professional to extract and manipulate raw operational data, analyze performance metrics, and partner with stakeholders to create insightful reporting packages.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Extracting and manipulating raw operational data for timely and accurate reporting.
  • Analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Partnering with Account Management to create executive-level reporting packages and performance summaries.
  • Aligning reporting outputs with client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Designing impactful data visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or reporting analyst role, preferably in healthcare operations or business process outsourcing.
  • Proven ability to work with raw, unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following experience will be highly competitive:

  • Prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare payers, providers, or working in a healthcare BPO setting.
  • Familiarity with performance reporting, KPIs, SLAs, or ROI tracking in a services context.
  • Exposure to SQL, data querying, or reporting automation platforms.
