Data Specialist Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our administrative needs by focusing on data entry and database management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with database systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage database usage to ensure data accuracy and security.
  • Determine client reporting requirements and coordinate with internal teams for new reports.
  • Evaluate data points to align with client expectations and collaborate with internal teams for custom reports.
  • Provide training to users and set up training programs at project commencement and for new team members.
  • Export and review reports for quality assurance and resolve data issues in collaboration with project teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data entry, database administration, or data support roles.
  • Proficiency in database systems (e.g., Salesforce, Access, SQL-based systems, or proprietary platforms).
Technical Proficiencies:
  • Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
  • Database systems, such as Salesforce or Access.
