Job Overview

Data Configuration Specialist is a key role in delivering customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely system configuration, data quality and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers and teams to implement our platform effectively.

About the Role:

  • Support customers on all aspects of implementations, focusing on accurate and timely system configuration, data quality and issue resolution.
  • Ensure completeness of data entry maintenance on Salesforce and other project systems, communicating clearly with stakeholders and exceeding their expectations.
  • Be part of transformative change in the way we help customers implement our platform, working across the Implementations team to provide paid and unpaid services.
  • Collaborate with Implementation Consultants and Customer Support team, offering opportunities for learning and growth within our start-up culture.
  • Support end-to-end Implementation service by performing system configuration, checking and analysing configuration issues, and carrying resolutions and action items.
  • Complete administrative tasks including systems updates, data entry, data review and input, project updates and ad-hoc requests.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity and security.
  • Assist in keeping internal tools and tracking systems up to date, which may include Salesforce and Asana.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, following relevant procedures and standard operating procedures as laid out by Employment Hero and your manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or relevant qualification) OR 2+ years' experience in a HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Experience processing and reviewing large data sets and data entry.
  • Experience administering a HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
