Lead Business Analytics Expert

This senior role is responsible for spearheading business analytics initiatives, driving strategic decision-making, and fostering a culture of data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies based on in-depth big data analysis, encompassing customer life cycles from product planning to portfolio management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to derive value from analytics-driven initiatives, such as sales and marketing campaigns, promotions, and cross-selling programs.
  • Design and periodically review statistical models, including propensity, profitability, and machine learning algorithms, to improve product take-up, activation, and customer deepening.
  • Stay updated with market trends and conduct research to inform business decisions.
  • Lead a team of data scientists and business analysts, promoting skills development and aligning with organizational values.
Requirements:
  • Advanced quantitative degree (Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering).
  • At least 10 years' experience in business analytics, covering credit and customer life cycles.
  • Proven experience in banking, particularly in consumer/retail products businesses.
  • Senior leadership experience and exposure to cross-functional teams.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
