Lead Data Strategist - Business Intelligence & FinTech

As a Lead Data Strategist, you will spearhead the development and implementation of business intelligence and data science initiatives. This involves leading cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain large-scale data pipelines and warehouses.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and visualization tools that provide actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will apply data science and analytics techniques to support financial and operational decision-making.

  • Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for modern data architectures is essential.
  • Experience in ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data integration is crucial.
  • Familiarity with Python for data manipulation, automation, and analytics workflows is preferred.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is necessary.
  • Exposure to data science and analytics methodologies (predictive models, statistical analysis) is highly valued.
  • A background in FinTech, digital payments, or financial services is highly preferred.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields is required.
  • At least 7-10 years of relevant experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership/supervisory role is necessary.
