Telework Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Telework Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients through non-voice interactions.

About the Role

This is a remote opportunity that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Telework Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat support
  • Responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 months of customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
