Job Description:

As a key member of our Compliance and Monitoring team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our platform by detecting and preventing non-compliant messaging and fraudulent activities. You will work closely with our security measures to verify customer accounts and monitor messaging compliance in real-time.

Key responsibilities include monitoring live message content for possible fraud, spam, and phishing activity; detecting and reporting suspicious behavior; staying up-to-date on compliance updates and sharing best practices with teams across the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in identifying disallowed content and malicious actors
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills to assess risks and opportunities
