Job Title:

The Integration Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring new clients are successfully implemented with a heavy focus on technical integrations.

This position is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who can configure, test, and deploy CRM integrations, APIs, and other connected systems during onboarding, ensuring accuracy and stability.

  • Configure, Test, and Deploy
  • Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve API errors, data sync issues, and configuration challenges, working closely with product and engineering teams
  • Partner with Implementation Teams
  • Document and refine integration processes to improve efficiency, reduce implementation time by 10%+, and minimize recurring issues
  • End-to-End Testing
  • Manage and validate data flows between systems to ensure integrity and proper synchronization
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical implementation, integrations, or technical account management (preferably in SaaS or software solutions)
  • Experience with CRM platforms and API integrations (REST, webhooks, etc.)
  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills
  • Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
  • Effective Communication
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to follow through on commitments
