Program Customization and Integration Specialist



Description:

At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Program Customization and Integration Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing and integrating ERP systems to meet business needs.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Customize ERP Systems: Develop and implement custom modules, workflows, and reports within the ERP system to meet specific business requirements.
  • Integrate with Other Systems: Integrate the ERP system with other business applications and systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various departments to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Perform Regular Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are effectively utilizing the ERP system.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with proven experience in customizing and integrating ERP systems. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and expertise in ODOO framework is required.



Preferred Skills:

Experience with other ERP systems, knowledge of API integration, and understanding of accounting and finance principles are preferred skills. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential.
