Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our Professional Services team. This role combines technical expertise with exceptional client communication to ensure successful integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement custom integrations between our platform and client systems.
  • Provide superior customer support and manage multiple active integration projects simultaneously.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Day in the Life:
  • Build and deploy API integrations, create CSV export solutions, and develop two-way payroll integration implementations.
  • Conduct client meetings, provide ongoing technical support, and maintain documentation of technical processes and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Strong development skills with 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, workflow automation tools, and a strong track record of successful customer interaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
