Key Role: System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, servers, networks, and software applications within a telecommunications environment.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and software applications tailored for the telecommunications industry.
  • Continuously monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement effective troubleshooting measures to ensure optimal results.
  • Prioritize regular backups, data integrity checks, and disaster recovery processes to guarantee uninterrupted service and minimize downtime.
  • Effectively manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with industry-specific compliance and security standards.
  • Provide exceptional technical support and resolution for user inquiries and technical issues related to telecommunications systems.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CISCO Unified Communications Manager.
  • Strong background in desktop and network environments.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecommunications-specific systems and protocols.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications-specific equipment and technologies.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure tailored for telecommunications.
