Job Title

Mandarin Language Support Professional Wanted

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries with a median first response time of under one minute, issue resolution time of fewer than 24 hours, and CSAT score of 95%.
  • Educate customers on product features and troubleshoot issues, escalating as needed to teammates or the engineering team.
  • Maintain positive, empathetic communication with clients throughout the issue resolution process.
  • Participate in initiatives driving company growth, such as training junior support representatives, testing products, and recommending new solutions to customers.
Additional Tasks:
  • Collaborate with the Success team to onboard clients and make platform adjustments as requested.
  • Develop and update customer and internal knowledge bases through article writing and video creation.
Requirements:
  • A long-term vision of working and growing with a technology startup, comfortable adapting to changing processes.
  • 1-3 years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role, preferably with Phone Support experience.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, verbal and written, for effective communication with global colleagues and customers.
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Ability to work US time zone and attend occasional in-person meetings.
  • High-speed, stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps).
