Job Title: Virtual Support Specialist

This role involves providing seamless support to senior leaders across multiple functional areas.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle complex scheduling and dynamic priorities.

Responsibilities include calendar and schedule management, communication coordination, meeting organization, travel planning, and administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will be tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.

They will also possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Asana and experience using GCal, Gmail, and Slack
  • Experience working on a Mac operating system
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting multiple leaders
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate course (required)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
  • Solid organizational & time management skills
  • Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
