Job Opportunity: Virtual Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Support Specialist to join our team. As a Virtual Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing backend support to private label Amazon sellers, ensuring their business runs smoothly.

Main Responsibilities
  • Product Research: Conduct daily product research to identify profitable products and emerging market trends.
  • Amazon Case Management: Manage all communications with Amazon, focusing on refunds, disputes, and open cases.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and manage reorders.
  • Competitor Analysis: Research and track competitors, keeping updated on their strategies and performance.
  • Supplier Management: Handle supplier relationships, including sourcing new products from overseas suppliers.
  • Product Listing: Create and optimize product listings using flat files, focusing on keywords and listing improvements.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, manage feedback, and ensure account health is maintained.
  • Reports Generation: Compile regular reports related to sales, inventory, and account health.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or College Graduate.
  • Preferably with Amazon experience in Logistics & Supplier Management.
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas is required).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
