Lead Paid Media Campaigns

We are seeking a skilled Senior Paid Campaign Manager to lead our paid media campaigns, focusing on delivering results-driven strategies for Australian clients and international accounts.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with our Client Partners and Performance Directors to manage campaign performance, optimise budgets, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Key responsibilities include managing daily campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms, monitoring and tracking ad campaign budgets for proper pacing and performance, delivering weekly performance reports and actionable insights, conducting deep-dive analysis and reporting on paid media campaign performance, supporting A/B testing efforts and contributing to experimentation strategies, collaborating with the Performance Director on account strategy, and handling regular client communication and performance updates.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in managing performance campaigns, advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, and exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred requirements include at least 2 years of agency-side experience and confidence in client communication and reporting.
