Job Description

We seek an experienced PPC & AI Marketing Analyst to lead and manage our paid media campaigns, drive automation, and use AI tools to maximize marketing efficiency and return on investment (ROI). In this role, you will collaborate with the digital marketing team and key stakeholders to ensure all campaigns align with the company's business goals and growth strategies.

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Test ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies; adjust campaigns to improve ROI, CPC, and CPA.
  • Develop and implement strategies for budget allocation and bid management.
  • Set up and test campaigns on emerging advertising platforms.
  • Streamline marketing and sales processes using AI tools.
  • Automate data enrichment, lead qualification, and distribution to improve response times.
  • Test and apply AI prompts, API integrations, zaps, smart AI spreadsheets, and content personalization.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Work with SEO, content, social media, design, and development teams to ensure a cohesive strategy.
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC and AI marketing trends, continuously experimenting with new tools and strategies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and API integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and budget management.
  • Understanding of AI-based automation for data processing, lead qualification, and personalization.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, audience segmentation, and bid management strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation software, and workflow automation (Zapier, AI prompts, etc.).
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with SEO, content, design, and sales teams.
