About the Role

You will plan, execute and analyze paid social media campaigns to achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of paid social media marketing metrics and a proven track record of efficient growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute large-scale paid social media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop relationships with key paid social partners to drive performance growth.
  • Manage external partners and contractors to maximize performance.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social and performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience running large multi-million dollar growth campaigns on paid social media platforms.
  • Strong communications and presenting skills, with an eye for creative performance.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • A process-improvement mindset to help the company become more efficient in its activities.
  • Familiar with the fast-paced, demanding, and analytical startup environment.
  • A positive mindset towards challenges and new opportunities, and a natural hustler with a contagious can-do attitude.
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client-side or at a performance marketing agency.
  • Proficient at Excel for performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web and app tracking setup and troubleshooting.
