Job Description

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our team of analysts in creating and optimizing paid media campaigns.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team's workflow, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and providing coaching and guidance to junior staff members.

They will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize results.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of analysts and communicate with clients to create, optimize, and manage paid media accounts delivering against performance, ROI, and revenue targets
  • Lead a team of direct reports; coach and develop their talents while holding them accountable for assigned work and schedule requirements
  • Participate in testing and optimization; ensure all elements are executed confidently
  • Lead the team in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, budget caps, and other important account metrics
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search for individual client campaigns
  • Answer queries on campaigns from clients by email, as well as from other marketing teams and departments
  • Responsible for career development for all team members, including training and support, coaching, disciplinary action, and recommending team members for new roles
  • Lead and attend regular team and individual meetings weekly
  • Create and train on new processes and workflows and hold the team accountable to following them
