Job Overview

The role of a Paid Media Specialist involves providing support to the digital marketing team in executing and managing social media advertising campaigns. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience across major paid platforms who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This individual will be responsible for setting up ads on self-service platforms, preparing proofs, screenshots, and review documents for client and internal approval, managing email correspondence, collaborating with team members to optimize campaigns, and providing ongoing support to the marketing team with reporting and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up ads across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads platforms.
  • Create and review documents for client and internal approval.
  • Manage internal and external email correspondence.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize campaign performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5+ years of experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat; Google Ads a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating structured documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
