Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions that add value
  • Build rapport, actively listen, and focus on upselling to maximise account growth
  • Guide customers through their upgrade journey from basic to advanced platforms
  • Demonstrate software solutions, including core POS products, modules, and upgrades
  • Drive reactive upsell opportunities from inbound sales to meet monthly recurring revenue targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in account management, sales development, or a similar quota-carrying role
  • Knowledge of solution-based, consultative sales in a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other tools to manage and organise pipeline
