Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Professional in BPO Operations to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective training programs to enhance the skills of our associates.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Training Materials: Create engaging and interactive training materials that cater to the needs of our clients and associates.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver high-quality training sessions to ensure that our associates possess the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to our associates to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps.

Requirements
  • Education: A college graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of training experience in a BPO setting.
  • Skillset: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in training delivery and development.
